Judge: enter a plea of "not guilty" and give the defendant time to reconsider his attitude in jail. Sir, you are entitled to be present for your own trial, but if you continue to be disruptive, your presence will be by video link.

Well at least Donald Netolitzky seems to have a burnabistic enjoyment in writing this 1000 page tome. But now that it is finished, some poor schlub, who probably doesn't enjoy it, will be assigned to translate it into french.

Re: Frivving Slammed in the 8th Circuit

I never went to a concert, but i remember when Zep was first big on the radio when i was in high school. I think it was 1969. I remember feeling annoyed at the line "the ringwraiths are out in black". I mean what else would they be out in-- plaid?

A belated welcome to Boomer Sooner. Your first act here was to connect two long chewed over quatloosian topics and bring forth a new line of investigation. Neither Demo, Burnaby, nor our late lamented kriegsmarine commerce raider could have done better!

I note that part (b) of the original order would seem to prevent even from acting as clerk for a voluntary arbitration service.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group

For clarity; a lost person is someone asking for directions. That makes a lot more sense than my picture of someone wandering the estate, emaciated and tattered from a few days hiding from the guard dogs. Supposedly in Regency times, there was a fashion for resident hermits on gentry estates. Free ...

All part of the masterplan to combine the forces of woo into one grand design. Pray watch, if you will, as the diverse players, their fates entwined, come together in a Greek tragedy worthy of Sophocles or Euripides before they were time machined off to write tele-novelas. Hubris will indeed end in...

It's been a fun day at the office today. I've been batting away with a FOTLer who's been trying to settle a fairly substantial secured business loan with a promissory note and after that failed miserably, by A4V, using the slips from the paying-in book from his business current account. He's been t...
