Earth.immo - Tintra Group - UK Real Estate Fund Scam

Post by dj4546 »

If you have been cold called by Five Quadrant or Earth.immo or you have responded to one of their marketing ads DO NOT INVEST.
The fund is nothing more than a shell meant to fill the pockets of the owner of Earth.io Dan Johnson and Richard Shearer who runs Tintra Group in Cyprus.
The UK company is in no way authorized by the FCA nor do they have any licensing to promote regulated financial products.
The fund is based in Cyprus but claims to invest in multiple projects in the UK market but in reality a substantial portion of your investment will be divided into various commissions to split between their sales staff before it ever makes it into a property investment.
They claim you will see a dividend on your investment within 12 months but if you read the fine print there is no guarantee for any return on investment at any point in time.
Richard Shearer of Tintra Group was never able to cut it in London so now he goes to developing countries in the Middle East and Asia to con naive investors out of their savings. Dan Johnson is a two bit real estate salesman with no experience in finance.
INVESTORS BEWARE!
