I received an email on my work account from someone with the email address TeresaJohnson(dot)Cox(at)dcs.IN.gov addressed to Dear Customer.

"They" are not even trying any more. The only thing I have done is make sure the hyperlink is un-clickable and leave off the footer containing the actual Bank of America caveats.

Dear Customer,

An unusal Activity was Noticed in your Bank OF America Account by Our Customer care department

which has made us to have you been notified and have your account restored.

Please Kindly Restore your Account Below:
