Like the rest of these nitwits he thinks that babbling pseudo-legal nonsense about his constitutional right to travel and not participating in a contract with the government is a magic bullet to defeat the system. Not a good idea to drive away from a police roadblock with the parting comment

"Take notice, with all due respect officer, I am a self-governing sovereign child of God exercising my inalienable right to travel in my private vehicle."
