Posted: Tue Dec 09, 2008 12:21 pm Post subject: REMINDER - CTC PALTALK CONFERENCE WEDNESDAY 12-10-08 9PM
REMINDER - there will be a CTC Paltalk Conference Wednesday evening, December 10, 2008, at 9 PM Eastern Time. Pete Hendrickson is our featured guest and will be answering questions. The room will open 10-15 minutes early. Note: The room is NOT available until I open it, so don't panic if you do not find it before I get it opened.

I have some Good News! You no longer have to download Paltalk software to participate. Simply go to this link: http://www.paltalk.com/express and allow the page to load.

Click on "Try Paltalk Express Now" button. When the window opens, create your Nickname, enter a password and confirm it, enter your email address, and then pick a security question and answer. Then click "Register" button. That's it!

Now you can log into Paltalk and when you are logged in, click on the "Rooms Browser" tab. Then in the small search box, type in "We The People," and then click the "Go" button. Paltalk will open a window with our room on it. Just double click on the room, and it will immediately take right to our room without any additional searching needed. How about that?

Please help me spread the word about this meeting. I am sure you or someone you know has questions or wants clarification on using or implementing the CTC methodology. Here is your chance to speak and listen to Pete Hendrickson live.

I've been thinking about talking with Pete Hendrickson with his side of the conversation already recorded, and I think I'd prefer that, because I think he'd make more sense that way.

Tparty76: Drunk what ya gonna do?
vzeng1: hm.. what sort of time from mailing to check receipt.. did you get harrassed?
rifishman: have amended filed for RI for 05 and 06, no response. MA is denying my 05 and 06 abatement forms. they want a fight from me
vzeng1: cool

rifishman: i was actually suprised when the check was in the mail from RI. not even a peep from them.
vzeng1: so, you just got the 07 from RI
rifishman: took about 2 months
vzeng1: nice
Colonel Kane: 90 day love letter?
rifishman: yes, just 07
DrunkenPilot: well, just send it back & say "levy not valid since i do not fit the criteria in title 26 Sec 6331A
Tparty76: Noisy
CTC-Roger: Pete is having problems logging into Paltalk, he is trying to get here.
cubaguy1: Woud be nice to have Petes thoughts on levy action
vzeng1: my company got really really mad when I call payroll to ask them where can I send my W-8 form
rifishman: vzeng: why a W8?
CTC-Roger: Again, be patient. Pete is trying to get into the room....
cubaguy1: Pilot, did you have CDP hearing ?
vzeng1: just testing the waters... with the company. W8-BEN, actually.
DrunkenPilot: nope
Colonel Kane: MNviking forgive my ignorance but, what's a 90 love letter?
MNviking: NOD
DrunkenPilot: no CDPhearing, just outta the blue - payroll exec walks up to me at work & hands me the papers...
Any1Happy: hi
cubaguy1: wow
Tparty76: Yeah thats the way they do it
Colonel Kane: notice of deficiency?
Tparty76: They just start taking what ever they can
cubaguy1: But at the time of finail notice of intent to levy didnt you have CDP option ??
MNviking: yes, Notice of Deficiency
Tparty76: Hello pete
CTC-Roger: ok
CTC-Roger: yes
CTC-Roger: good
Any1Happy: 1
Colonel Kane: yes
Tparty76: Loud and clear
4jetlag: Anyone getting any sound? Ok now
rifishman: hi Pete.
freeadon_2: you sound great we all are concerned
CTC-Roger: Welcome to all the new arrivals
Colonel Kane: thaks
Tparty76: Hello Kensei!
CTC-Roger: tell us about it. We are very interested
freeadon_2: The liars
CTC-Roger: Welcome to the new arrivals
calyxion: Hi Roger. Hi Pete
CTC-Roger: Hello
4jetlag: Pete, I need your zip code. I was going to send out $$$ today and forgot to put your zip code on the envelope.
Kensei_: Hey, Tparty. I changed my ID from mattrx3 back to Kensei.
freeadon_2: The zip code is on the newletter
TNSr5r: Took me a while to find the room.
vzeng1: tnsr. I agree. me too
4jetlag: What is it? Pete sent me the address but I need the zip!
MNviking: How much money is in the Offense fund? Gan u use that?
Tparty76: I tell everyone I can
Kensei_: just type 'we the people' and it is the only choice that pops up
freeadon_2: Are going to use the US Attorney Manuals ref: what taxes they can prosecute on.
CTC-Roger: Pete can you give the address to send donations
CTC-Roger: ok
Kensei_: or you can give via Paypal too
Tparty76: Yes Paypal
freeadon_2: I pray for you and your family I've been there done that
CTC-Roger: no sound
vzeng1: ok, no sound
CTC-Roger: kind of like a CB radio....push to talk, let up to listen
vzeng1: yes, did it.
vzeng1: no good, looks like
CTC-Roger: just text your quesiton
vzeng1: anyway, quick question
Pete Hendrickson: Donations can be sent to 232 Oriole Rd., Commerce Twp., MI 48382
vzeng1: can you simply go over what the issue is that you spoke of
vzeng1: did not read newsletter yet
Kensei_: Can they read Pete's mind? Telepathic?
freeadon_2: Pure harassment
freeadon_2: The thugs
TNSr5r: Bogus or not, the IRS merely wants to get an indictment and an injunction
freeadon_2: I hope there is not an injunction where will we go?
Kensei_: An 'indictment' is simply an allegation, an accusation, then must be proved
vzeng1: thx pete
freeadon_2: of course it's time to scare tactics
Colonel Kane: how long is this chat tonight??
Kensei_: 1 hour, till 10 p.m.
Colonel Kane: Thank you.
CTCBEAN: Pete did you hear about the national convention they are trying to get passed? This may be the way they are trying to completely trash the constitution at the convention- thinka bout what this could mean to the tax system
CTCBEAN: a constitutional convention I mean
Kensei_: to make their job easier with standardized forms.
TNSr5r: Several groups have been working on a Constitutional Convention since at least 1992. Nothing has happened yet.
CTCBEAN: they have voted on it- it just has not been in the news
Kensei_: 'or payer' is on there too, so that's good
CTC-Roger: Patriot mythology
TNSr5r: CTCBean, who is "they?"
MNviking: I gave in the past to the “Legal Offense Fund.” Can you use those funds for your defense, Pete?
CTCBEAN: the states legs.
TNSr5r: The only people who can declare a Constitutional Convention is Congress, by my knowledge.
Any1Happy: well we all have to pay taxes
TNSr5r: I don't, and you probably don't.
CTCBEAN: they have to have 2/3 of states in agreement
Pete Hendrickson: http://www.losthorizons.com/tax/Misunde ... gs/map.htm
CTC-Roger: Yes but only those that we are liable for Any
peace-lover: i knew aaron russo
Kensei_: They are not signed or sworn at all, I did notice that and called them on it too.
CTC-Roger: If you'd like to ask a question, just raise your hand and you will be recognized. We will take questions in the order of those who have their hands up.
Kensei_: ha ha!
Kensei_: Mr. Roboto if full of crap-o
Kensei_: I meant 'is'
Kensei_: Please send us proof. Oh, you don't have any? Hmmm.
MNviking: yes
Kensei_: Shoot first and ask questions later...
TNSr5r: Frivolous returns are often considered no returns filed.
estreet7: He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance. Declaration of the 13 United States of America
freeadon_2: the other hand does not know what the other is doing
Kensei_: Calyxion - your last letter was 2645C also, correct?
calyxion: Yes. A 2645C. Go it last week
calyxion: I meant "got it"
TNSr5r: Freeadon, both hands often know what they are doing, but they are experts at confusion and obfuscation.
Kensei_: Right, that's self-contradictory info
4jetlag: TNSr5r; call me later, ok?
DisGuysDisguise: ELEPHANT in The ROOM ......$1 QUADRILLION Plus in DERIVATIVES .....TOO Frightening to discuss ? ?
Kensei_: But LTR 3176(SC) seems to have omitted the first part of 6702 , Hmm?
Kensei_: that's supposed to be ( a )
Kensei_: "We are PROPOSING a $5000 penalty..."
MNviking: Have they ever levied anyone who filed a CtC return?
estreet7: yes
MNviking: doh
TNSr5r: MNViking, I have spoken with at least a dozen people who have had a frivolous return penalty and also a levy, and not one of them had the penalty taken, just "overdue taxes"
Alert: ====SECURITY BULLETIN!=======
Paltalk will never send emails with attachments! NEVER open any attachemnts unless you are absolutely sure they are free of viruses and trojans! DONT BE FOOLED by fake 'support' letters or surveys that claim to be from PalTalk! PalTalk will NEVER request personal informaion in an email unless YOU contact us with a problem with your account first. Always check the header of any email that claims it is coming from PalTalk.
estreet7: There are no documents responsive to your requests.
MNviking: That is what I meant, not just a noticem but an actual levy
Kensei_: That's what I'm hoping, the legit documents aren't in existence.
CTC-Roger: or call it up on their computers and send it out
Kensei_: and it is SIGNED by the appropriate person too...
DrunkenPilot: I got my "notice of levy" 668W last week, but it's a 'notice of levy' not the actual levy... paper tiger?
freeadon_2: what page?
estreet7: don't ignore it
Tparty76: Your place of work will cave regardless
Kensei_: Great, thanks for the clarifications. I do read the EWWBL series, it is very helpful. I was just getting additional clarifications.
TNSr5r: DrunkenPilot, banks and employers will treat a "notice" as if it IS a levy.
Colonel Kane: I know i have to read CtC book again but does anyone know how many years one can go back to correct returns? looks like i haven't owed since 1992 when i was in the service.
DrunkenPilot: my payroll exec handed it to me & said "we have to comply" - i knew she wouldnt understand it
CTC-Roger: go AK
CTC-Roger: go vzent
CTC-Roger: good
Kensei_: great
rifishman: good
Kensei_: Hey, the first steps are taken, keep moving forward.
estreet7: back off from your mic a little
Kensei_: back up a little from the mic, getting some PLLLpPPP sounds....
freeadon_2: don't go there
CTC-Roger: sedm... sovereignty education defense ministry
freeadon_2: no don't that do that
Kensei_: http://www.losthorizons.com/tax/Misunde ... d1040s.htm
Colonel Kane: good question vzeng1
vzeng1: thanks Col
OneCreatureoftheCreator:
MNviking: They are also saying file 1040NR, right?
Colonel Kane: huge book, huh? "..Hoax"
CTC-Roger: Welcome all the new arrivals!
akseeker: I'll try again, if I may…
Kensei_: http://www.losthorizons.com/Help.htm also the "Help II" page
Colonel Kane: Thaks!!CTC-Roger
CTC-Roger: yes, you wil be called on in order AK
akseeker: thx
CTC-Roger: Your welcome
Kensei_: http://www.losthorizons.com/appendix.htm
vzeng1: great. thanks.
Kensei_: http://www.losthorizons.com/EveryWhichWayButLoose.htm
rifishman: read the book several times!!
Kensei_: The beginning parts of the book can be heavier than the later parts. Stick with it, await the 'light bulb' moments
CTC-Roger: our fight, right?
CTC-Roger: good luck with that!
Kensei_: This is a great link, read it at least twice: http://www.losthorizons.com/RegardingTheLevyPower.htm
Pete Hendrickson: http://www.losthorizons.com/RegardingTheLevyPower.htm
MN Stix: I will assUme we should have sound :D
Kensei_: Whoo hoo!
RobertGoddard: If I start my own union, Can I get some of this bailout money?
CTC-Roger: yes MN stix
vzeng1: right. SEDM from my two months of study seems to attack a broader issue. Distancing oneself from SSNs, the modeling of Common Law under Contract Law under UCC law (as a result of AMerican secret bankrupcy of March 4, 1938)
CTC-Roger: your volume may be down
MN Stix: quick start an auto company
ctc-richard: u hv to screw up first
MN Stix: No Roger, Im having issue with Java
RobertGoddard: technically, toyota should get more of this bailout money because they build more parts in America than GM
CTC-Roger: ok
MN Stix: Thank you though
Colonel Kane: Kensei- how many years can someone go back to correct all the wrongfully submitted 1040's done out of ignorance?
Kensei_: The 'Levy' page has great 'history' going back to the 1939 IRC, and the Revised Statutes too. Very interesting. Are you required to make 'monthly returns of tax' or are you: 1. Federal employee; 2. State or municipal employee; 3. Seamen? Or involved in ATF activities? Then Levy by mere 'notice', absent the court order, does not legally apply to you, particularly if no tax is owed.
vzeng1: secret truth of americans as "collateral" for the international bankers who effectively really run the US as if it was a constitutional republic, but it is only an illustion
RobertGoddard: I know nothing about taxes other than they got more power than I do
RobertGoddard: Its true, Im more afraid of the IRS than I am of terrorism
calyxion: Colonel Kane, I think you can go back three years to amend returns
RobertGoddard: http://www.fairtax.org
Kensei_: Agreed, keep spreading the word. The 'tax facts' cards and 'Nutshell' pamphlets are great methods.
Colonel Kane: ok calyxion thanks...
TNSr5r: Robert, read a good book on teh so-cqalled income tax and your fears will reduce.
vzeng1: seems like I should be CTC "proven" . Pete had a good point. Proof is in the pudding.
Tparty76: Three years to get a refund
MN Stix: proof is always in the pudding
RobertGoddard: Read a book on it? Should I do that in jail after not paying taxes?
Kensei_: I gave a book, CD, extra files, documents, etc. to Mike Huckabee at a recent book signing. I even talked with and gave pamphlets to several MI Fairtax folks, they seemed interested in the info.
MN Stix: pops
akseeker: problems..
akseeker: I'll text
RobertGoddard: I think income taxes are unlawfull, government shouldnt have the right to distribute my wealth
freeadon_2: what taxes are you talking about
akseeker: I'm needing to (or not??) petition tax court. The form doesn't seem to require anything other than what I disagree with.
RobertGoddard: I only believe in income and excise taxes
RobertGoddard: oops
RobertGoddard: Scratch that, excise and tarrif
Tparty76: I GET PRETTY GOOD RESPONSES FROM PEOPLE. THOSE TAX SHEETS ARE GREAT
Kensei_: Well, it helps that 'income' taxes only apply to 'taxpayers' or anyone who engages in excise-taxable activities, thank goodness...
freeadon_2: income is not defined in the code
RobertGoddard: as of 1913 they can tax our income
akseeker: y
freeadon_2: if you have income from a taxable source
TNSr5r: Robert, the key issue is the definition of "income"
RobertGoddard: So how do you get around it, you become a nonproffit entity?
MN Stix: no
akseeker: worth petitioning? Will I get a fair hearing
TNSr5r: The only definition of "income" in law originated in the Corporation Excise Tax Act of 1909
MN Stix: you cannot get around income
Tparty76:
Pete Hendrickson: Outstanding!!!
Kensei_: Mr. Goddard: the 1913 tariff act specifically mentions, pg. 167: "B. That, subject only to such exemptions and deductions as are hereinafter allowed, the net income of a TAXABLE PERSON shall include..." So, what about the 'nontaxable persons'?
freeadon_2: "The income tax is, therefore, not a tax on income as such. It is an excise tax with respect to certain activities and privileges which is measured by reference to the income which they produce. The income is not the subject of the tax: it is the basis for determining the amount of the tax." (House Congressional Record, March 27, 1943, page 2580)
RobertGoddard: Kensei, So what defines taxable?
Kensei_: Yes, good info.
freeadon_2: what tax are you protesting
MN Stix: beautiful freeadon
Kensei_: Rockets, maybe? Or jet fuel. ")
TNSr5r: It is the activity that is taxable, and not the person, Robert.
MN Stix: was spoken on my birthday...years before my time of course
freeadon_2: it is the activity period
RobertGoddard: How do you become a nontaxable person?
TNSr5r: Robert, you are a non-taxable person unless you are engaged in a revenue-taxable activity
MN Stix: nontaxpayer?
CTC-Roger: not engage in any priviliged activity
MN Stix: thank you roger
MN Stix: lol
freeadon_2: the constitution provides for excise, duties, capitations, tariffs
RobertGoddard: Is there a list of nontaxable activities thats easy to read?
Kensei_: Right. The EXERCISE of a federal privilege, some way the government helps you, either by paying you directly for working for them, or by investing in federally-controlled corporations, instrumentalities. Who do you work for, and who pays you? Yes, read CTC
RobertGoddard: Ok, Can you type the name of the book in the room?
rifishman: http://www.losthorizons.com
Kensei_: Cracking the Code
TNSr5r: Robert, the law can only list taxable activities. All others are non-taxable.
RobertGoddard: ok tns
DrunkenPilot: What? wait we didnt get a full hour with you Pete! I say we hold him over til 10:05 to make it a full hour! Who's with me! Say Aye! LOL

Re: Talk with Pete Hendrickson live

Looks like Pete said four things in the transcript. Two links to parts of his site, the address of where to send donations, and "Outstanding!!!" The text transcript doesn't look like a transcript of the audio, just a physical chat transcript, which explains Pete's absence.

Yeah, he talks a lot on the audio. Didn't listen to the whole thing, but did his attorney know about this? I gotta think she'd be pretty pissed off if she knew he went and did a live talk about his criminal proceedings and further encouraged people to do the things that he criminally charged with doing. I have a feeling this is going to be a case she regrets taking on. Funny, in his mind everything to do the government is just one big conspiracy. poor pete everyone is out to get him.
