He was bailed until 16th September, which is roughly when he went off the air. Last Youtube video on the 17th. I'll bet he didn't turn up when he was supposed to, and has either gone into hiding or been banged up. Any hints from any of his regular chums?

Given that he was so confident that he was going to stick it to the man and show the world his legal genius that is somewhat suspicious timing.

That suggests an outcome he has no wish to have known, to my mind something humiliating. Maybe he has succumbed to Covid?

We have a development in Casa Crab, somebody has done a live stream prior to cleaning the gutters.
We see inside, where there is a dog residing, although it may belong to gutter man.

We can see a notice in the window, fortifications on the front door & the back door defences.

What we don't see is Crabbie.
I only skimmed, but didn't hear him mentioned.

An exhaustive research reveals that he is not living there now.
[EDIT] Upon further research it seems the gutter man is also a squatter/housemate, he's very much the freeman.
Nothing on his profile that indicates where the crab is.

In the video of Crabbert getting tazed I seem to recall a Rottweiler not coming to his rescue rather than a bulldog.

Well I’ll pose this question, a Christmas mystery.

Where is Robert “Crabby” White, what has become of him?

He seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.

Some, none or all of...

1) Dead.
2) Evicted.
3) Came to his senses.
4) Jailed.
5) Been slapped with some sort of injunction banning him from the interwebs.
6) Taken away by the men in white coats.
7) Abducted by aliens.
8) Found god and gone on missionary work.
9) Swept out to sea and clinging to the mast of the Richard Montgomery whilst trying not to fart and set the thing off.
10) Got bored and gave up.

Anybody for a sweepstake?

That's interesting and leads me to think of an 11th option which may well be the right answer. He has no internet access other than his phone and Facebook have blocked him to such an extent he can't even create sock-puppets.

I'm not 100% on this but I think Facebook can block a phone handset by its IMEI number not just the phone number of the SIM. My mischief-making spare mobile seems to be blocked anyway regardless of the SIM I put in it.

Even if he can get back on I'm not sure his group still has any active admins so his chances of regaining control would seem to be between low and none.

Some nosy person could submit a query to the court under Rule 5.8 Crim PR to the relevant magistrates' court for the details of the latest hearing in public. Providing as many details as possible (name, known hearing dates etc) to avoid any suspicion of fishing.

Maybe he needs a visit from "Lock 'em-out Lennie."

The return of the 10-minute eviction
As the pandemic’s moratoriums come to an end, the man some call ‘Lock-’em-out Lennie’ is once again knocking on doors in Arizona

https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2 ... -pandemic/
ennie had done more than 300 evictions since the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s federal moratorium expired in early August, and during that time he’d given up on predicting who might come to the door. In the past several months, he’d evicted a 93-year-old from a retirement facility, a group of drug addicts living in an apartment cluttered with bowls of counterfeit cash, a man claiming to be a “sovereign citizen” above the law who barricaded himself inside the apartment, a laid-off restaurant worker, a schizophrenic, a hoarder, a recent Somali refugee, a man with a pet reindeer, a woman who tried hiding inside her dresser cabinet, and six families living in a two-bedroom apartment subdivided by drapes and shower curtains.

But no matter who he found waiting inside, Lennie’s job remained the same: to search the home, force everyone out and change the locks — all within a government-recommended time of about 10 minutes.

I haven't been following this story, but have come across a video concerning it on Anthony Badaloo's Facebook. I'm sorry, but I don't know how to post a link.

I didn't watch the video to the end (because I have a life and found the voice of the person shown to be very irritating), but it appears that White has been tried for affray and acquitted.

The gist of the video seems to be that the court found that the police exceeded their powers by actively forcing entry as opposed to simply maintaining the peace. As such, they were trespassers and White was entitled to use reasonable force in the defence of himself and his property.

If the police failed to apply their minds to the situation and became active in securing the eviction rather than simply peacekeepers, i see the force of that argument.

That case reference is on page 79 of this thread. I don't wish to watch all of that, but I presume his case is being heard soon?

Presumably now the trial is over and his bail conditions no longer apply either NatWest (mortgagee) or the Trustee in Bankruptcy can now go ahead and apply for a warrant of eviction.

Daily Mail story.

What I don't get is why White himself doesn't appear in the YT video.

Looks as though 29 Park Road, Sheerness sold for £220k in July 2020, the photos have it boarded up
