'Citizens Arrest' of London Mayor, Sadiq Khan
I think the recent stunt by the White Pen Ducks Dragons needs a little discussion of its own.
Today, members of the group paid for entry to a Fabian Society Meeting where the London Mayor was the guest speaker. When Mr Khan started to speak, the White Dragons presented themselves and performed a 'citizens arrest' on him.
They were laughed at and jeered by the crowd. Again, no substance to their arguments. They just came across as the far right racists which they are.
Reported: "Could you give a specific example?" Protester: "Not at this time, no." Classic.
It made sky news and lots of the online papers have published a story.

Amber Rudd is next on the list, it has been announced.
The protest has hit the Sky & BBC News headlines this lunch time. That's more than PLD ever achieved

Constitutional awareness days didn’t work for the Dragons, so they decided to do something not seen since Rodger Hayes.
David Robinson is just a paper terrorist.

Having the security services tracking every aspect of your future life is such a small price to pay for making a cock of yourself in public.

It’ll be laughing and making sure you never get a well paid, semi-secured, nice pension, lots of perks government job again.
As someone whom enjoys the perks of that, I can say with certainty, the public sector are as crap as the private
But some jobs do require a basic check. We recently employed a new member of staff whom wasn’t entirely truthful.
Some weeks later he was later dismissed.
I can’t speculate, but never lie on your application about associations with certain ‘political parties’.

Meh. This has put the PLD lot into quite a tailspin. They hate the dragons and their admins had previously banned anyone who had one of their red lizards as an icon.
Dreary Dave’s past efforts didn’t even merit a mention in the Glastonbury Gazette and here’s the userpers going straight in at Number One, gallows and all.
The dragons however for all their 15 minutes of fame just appear to be a nasty bunch of no-marks with a whiff of EDL about them. The comments reveal that our heroes are envious and dismayed in equal measures.
Of DD there is no sign. What next for them?

I can't imagine the whole gallows thing won them any points either.
The funny thing, at least to me, is that all the news feeds I'm finding of the event list them as Trump supporters. Looks very much to me they made fully exposed prats of themselves and the credit went to someone else entirely.

How to win friends and influence people in the UK.
1. Support Donald Trump.
2. Physically assault Delia Smith.
3. Point out Paddington Bear is an illegal immigrant.

I’m afraid we’re terribly short old boy. I’d need a step just to get onto that platform. Mrs Steve:UK is 6”2 bizarrely, 7” in her Jimmy Choos. I'm really glad that I wasn't drinking anything when I read that. It's bad enough that I was reading the online news over coffee this afternoon, came across the story (in "Mic," whatever that is), and then came across the linelongdog wrote:....and from thence to a place of comedy execution where you be hanged by the neck until you stand up.Chaos wrote:I never realized how short the British actually were. and nearly spit the coffee out of my nose. "Wait," I gurgled, "that can't be the same White Dragons that showed up on Q! all those months ago, can it?" And then the people around the cafe started looking at me all funny-like, but never mind that. I guess it is, though. Assuming that gallows actually made it to this event (citation?), it's definitely one of their web addresses on it.The demonstrators—part of a group calling itself the White Pendragons—reportedly held up American flags and chanted....

Based on the reports I read, it does sound like the idiots actually were there and ended up getting labeled as Trump supporters because they couldn't even do a simple cock up properly, very very sad.
It would seem the fate of the UK lies in their VERY incapable hands.
