Ah, the irony, so thick it's like something very thick. MacHaffie gets forwarded an e-mail full of the news he's been waiting for but shows a distinct lack of faith.

This is not a scam, it means well, but if prosperity funds will be given out, every single person on the planet will get it regardless of whether he or she is a Lightworker or not or whether they've been working at enlightenment or not.....this is for everyone, no exceptions. Any other belief that excludes others will be a backslide back into the old paradigm where we're actually getting out of.....

Hi John
Does this negate all the gag orders, non-disclosure and confidentiality ?? where did this come from?? IMO it sounds like if some one were to answer this all the names and addresses would end up on the watch list for terrorists ( at this point in time).. if this came out after announcements then yes possibly ... maybe some one got a delivery and is giving a heads up to the rest of us ... your guess is as good as mine...

Much like the majority of this blog, this smells of intel-agency counterintel/mis&disinfo data-mining for nefarious purposes.
When the actual Saint Germaine Trusts/WGS/Prosperity Programs are released, EVERYONE will receive individual instructions in their "packets" so you won't have to guess/surmise/wonder if it's real, you will KNOW.

My take on it was, the poster was asking whether the e-mail was a scam, not the prosperity program. The e-mail wanted an action to take place in order for the recipient to be a participant. The e-mail states:
"To begin activation forward this E-mail to: XXXXXX and you will be registered as a Recipient in the Global Abundance & Prosperity Programs."
Anonymous @ 2:49pm.
It seems you provided an answer, but didn't answer 'the question'.
That's my opinion

THE SPECIFIC QUESTION ASKED ---- WAS THIS A SCAM? NO ONE HAS DECLARED THIS INQUIRY AS LEGIT. MY INQUIRY TO THE ORIGINAL SENDER HAS GONE UNANSWERED.
BOTTOM LINE --- THIS IS A SCAM - BEWARE.
The programs are legit but this method of registration has no foundation of truth.
AGAIN --- BEWARE FOLKS
I asked my friends at one of those three-letter agencies (OK, you forced it out of me, it's the NSA, National Security Archives) if this was one of theirs, and he said no. Then he revealed that secret government software that can that can trace anything showed these e-mails were sent by a shadowy group dedicated to finding extremely credulous people and making a living off of them (OK, you forced it out of me again, it's the Restore America Plan).

Sounds like a way to build a world class sucker list for future scams.

All I know about this exciting new way to get something for nothing is here in this introduction by Alcuin & Flutterby.PalmBeach! wrote:What about the World Global Settlement?

The World Global Settlement Funds
(AB note: The World Global Settlement Funds, referenced on this page, should not be confused with the SG World Trust. The World Global Settlement Funds have in excess of $47 trillion to disburse to 140 nations across the globe. This due and lawful disbursement has been blocked by the Washington DC private corporation for more than three decades. The SG World Trust is much bigger, and older, than The World Global Settlement Funds.)
On this page, we deal with The World Global Settlement Funds (WGSF) at the top here. Lower down the page, we offer some background comments about the related Iraqi Dinar Revaluation story. Another closely related and urgent issue, Global Debt Forgiveness, is addressed on a separate page here. And some geopolitical background to the recent securance of the codes for the Global Collateral Accounts is outlined here.
You know you can trust these guys because they have AAA-rated credentials. Alcuin's own bio from this site.
Alcuin Bramerton is a human being seeking to operate happily in the post-religious world. The New Spirituality interests him. His friend, Flutterby, is not in physical incarnation on the Earth-plane at present, but he advises Alcuin on spiritual matters. And there is a lot happening. Unreported by the mainstream media, a man in a grey suit is standing by the yoghurt shelves in a supermarket in Cornwall. He is looking for morphine suppositories. This man is not the promised messiah. Coincidentally, at another remote location in southern England, a man with false teeth is eating a cheese soufflé for lunch. He bites on something hard. There is a second pair of false teeth in his cheese soufflé. This man is not the promised messiah either. Epiphanies of this kind illustrate how difficult it can be to determine the exact size of God in becquerels per cubic light year. But still the attempt is made.
Cinches it for me.

Re: Global Abundance & Prosperity Programs!
If the WGS is a scam (which certainly appears to be the case), what is their pitch for money, and whom are they scamming? It would seem to be difficult for the WGS to raise funds when it flouts the fact that it has 47 trillion dollars. Or is it just to extend hope into the indefinite future for scammed investors in a bunch of existing scams (hhink Iraqi dinar, CMKM, N.E.S.A.R.A., et al?
