Protestors
Are you still paying income tax? Didn't you hear that income doesn't include
wages, or that the 16th Amendment was never ratified, or that none of
the states are actually in the U.S., or that income isn't defined in the Internal
Revenue Code? Or didn't you know that if you simply placed all of your assets
into a Pure Trust that nobody could ever touch them or collect taxes on them,
including the government? Well, if you didn't hear any of this, don't worry because
it ain't true. What is true is that some scam artists have made good money selling
these bogus theories before themselves ending up in jail.

TAX PROTESTOR DUMMIES
Driven by such geniuses as Bill Benson, Otto Skinner, Irwin Schiff, Thurston
Bell, Lynne Meredith and others, a cottage industry of these well-educated
and experienced professionals has been created to show you, the average
taxpayer, how to fulfill your constitutional rights to peace and liberty
and freedom from taxes. Especially the latter, and especially if you buy
their books and tapes documenting their extensive research into all sorts
of stuff, like how the 16th Amendment was never really ratified, or how
everybody should really just ignore the courts and decide for themselves
what the laws says (one advantage: you're always right). Did we fail to
mention that none of these people have any formal legal education and many
have convictions on a variety of crimes? Or that Lynne Meredith supposedly
made over $6 million selling books and tapes on this stuff? (Ooops, Lynne
got indicted and will probably die in prison, but that's us being nitpicky!)

CONSTITUTIONAL TRUSTS A/K/A PURE TRUSTS
Great things, so long as the IRS and your creditors agree to litigate issues
arising from these trusts before a Posse Comitatus in a mobile
home trailer somewhere. Otherwise, a voodoo spell would be more effective
protection.
