Hi AngelLady,

I just got home...it's been a very long day, and I did not go to bed at all last night either.

This is a good post that you put out, and Jayhawks (Paul) and I will be putting one out for Mike later on this evening.

We are both very saddened over this turn of events, but I do not in any way, shape or form blame him for what he and Karyn did today.

They were coerced into this plea bargain there was no doubt about it.
And no our work is not over by a long shot.

I think the hardest part for Mike right now is that he really feels like he has betrayed the lender's, and I assured him that we would get the point made to the Lender's for him.

Our Man just fought and fought ....until he couldn't fight anymore.

My heart just breaks for him and Karyn. When I got there early this morning they were both there, and when I got off the elevator I could hear Karyn's sobbing coming from the conference room. Like I said ...it was a very, very sad day for all concerned,

As many of you have heard already Mike and his daughter Karyn did a plea bargain this morning at the hearing in Urbana.
Please DO NOT give up your FAITH, NOR YOUR SUPPORT FOR MK. He was given no choice in the matter.
I did not get any sleep at all last night, I was up all night posting updates and all.

Jayhawks has graciously offered to do the posting with all the details. I just spoke to him and we will have it out to everyone shortly.

Just remember ...Where there is Smoke ....There is Fire.

We are not yet finished with our FIGHT FOR MK AND KARYN, AND I HOPE MANY OF YOU WILL CONTINUE YOUR FAITH AND SUPPORT FOR THIS WONDERFUL MAN AND HIS DAUGHTER.

Dear Sir/Madam

As a concerned American Citizen I am GREATLY alarmed by the MOCKERY of This Country's Judicial System now occurring in a Federal Court Room in Urbana,Illinois. The Case being heard is that of Omega Trust and Trading. This Case file is PUBLIC Record for ALL to see and check. Do not rely on my words ALONE, go see for yourself. The arrests began in August 31, 2000 and Trials started in May 2001, with a total of 19 defendants.

The Violations of Civil Rights, Obstructions of Justice, repeated Acts of Barratry and Threats of Long Term Prison Sentences to Coerce Guilty pleas from ALL the Defendants, are and have been steadily coming from the Federal Prosecutor, Esteban Sanchez and his staff. Recorded proof of this is apparent as fact with one defendant, Clyde Hood, 68, who was jailed in August 2000 to April 2001 sat silent, admitting NOTHING and contended he was INNOCENT. He is sick physically with a heart condition. He has challenged child that was 'calling him home'. Then SOMEONE got to him and HE then REVERSED his plea, and plead Guilty on April 10, 2001. WHY would ANYONE wait 8 months, IN JAIL, saying he was innocent, admitting NOTHING and then all of a sudden, REVERSE his plea? He STILL remains in Jail. Sounds like Federal Threats, Fear inducing statements, and Federal Intimidation finally achieved it's goal and Prosecution DID THEIR JOB.

Along the line of this Obstruction of Justice there is and has been a TOTAL disregard of Critical Medical Needs of Michael Kodosky. Letters with Medical Updates and Medical Requests, from the Doctor of this defendant, Michael Kodosky, to the Judge, Mike McCuskey, have been ignored by the Judge. In my opinion, 'inhuman replies', made by Judge McCuskey in answer to these Medical requests, in open Court would SHAME ANY seated Judge. This disregard for a person's GUARANTEED Constitutional Rights, as an Individual's Fair and Just Process under the Law and right to a Trial by a Jury of his peers, chosen by His Attorney, DOES NOT EXIST in this Courtroom. This FACT is BLATANT and Glaring.

These Medical Letters state the now CRITICAL condition of this Defendant, Michael Kodosky, and his inability to now "walk into the Courtroom", due to his loss of the use of his legs and declining medical condition. These two Justice Officials (I use this term loosely) have ignored Medical Requests by this Defendants Doctors and are using his Medical Condition to their advantage. They have been and are now using Coercion to PRY admissions of Guilt from ALL Defendants in question, without their"Fair and Due Process under the Law". What happened to be "Innocent until Proven Guilty"? In my opinion SOMETHING MUCH bigger is happening here. you can go to Urbana, Illinois and WATCH the DEMISE of this Country's Judicial System IN PROCESS. You can see our Constitutional Rights being Spat upon by these Officials.

These case MUST BE brought to the People of this Land, via Television, Radio and Newsprint. If you fail to act and do your part for JUSTICE in America and "voice your right to Judicial Freedom," soon your VOICE might be taken away. This could happen to ANYONE, it could happen to YOU.

Please investigate and ACT NOW!
