And why is it
that people who sell
tax protestor materials file their tax returns anyway . . .")
Dear Quatloos,
You're good at throwing names, character assassination,
and picking your own irrelevant agenda to talk about to distract
attention away from the issues, but I didn't read a word
in your response dealing directly with any of the specific
legal issues or concerns you have with chapter 5 of the Great
IRS Hoax book I asked you about. This simply reinforces the
notion that you are part of the establishment conspiracy.
If credible and gifted people such as yourself would simply
face the issues directly and quit trying to discredit and
silence the messengers, then you'd have a lot more credibility.
If you believe that We The People really is a scam, then
once again, I welcome you to prove it by reading chapter
5 of my book. I'm must a paralegal, and you're probably a
lawyer and you can't even overcome the issues I raise with
your background. There is something wrong with this picture
and it's obvious to the American Taxpayers everywhere that
you are dodging the issues to protect conspiracy and fraud.
I've just sat through two days of meetings of several people
who have won cases against the government because they were
able to prove to a jury that there is no legal requirement
to pay income taxes for citizens living in the 50 states
with domestic income. Once again, I'll ask you for the last
time to please earn your credibility back by addressing the
issues in chapter 5 of my book directly and use your legal
background to refute them. The address is: http://familyguardian.tzo.com
Download chapter 5 of "The Great IRS Hoax". I'd
appreciate hearing a point-by-point rebuttal of the issues
in that chapter that finds legal fault with each point. Otherwise
I have to assume that you and the senators you testified
for are hiding something.
Thanks for your time!
Chris.

IMPORTANT: Tax Scam Alert, 4-5-01
Better ask some of the guys who run these programs
why they are filing THEIR income taxes. You see, it's all
a scam: They file their taxes, so the IRS is powerless to
go against them, and until the Federal Trade Commission or
Department of Justice acts, they are essentially able to
sell their materials without fear of reprisals.
Good for them as they pocket lots of cash in the meantime;
bad for the people who follow their advise as the courts
NEVER rule in their favor, and are sending more and more
people to jail for evasion.
Very simply, they are not right and never have been. If
they were, the big corporations and very wealthy people would
not mess around with expensive tax shelters but would simply
declare themselves free of taxation and not pay it.
Also, as more and more people wake up to find that the positions
of the We The People scammers are bogus, they will start
filing civil lawsuits against the promoters . . . and then
the chase for assets will begin!
Groups like We The People resurface every 10 years or so
-- a guy by the name of Irwin Schiff used to peddle this
junk (may still do) and was very popular until he lost on
a $100,000 bet to prove that there was no need to pay income
tax and got sued, and it came out in discovery that he was
filing his returns and paying his taxes on the profits from
his book (which said that no income tax need be paid), and
then it went away for a while until it resurfaced with these
scammers.
