So that everyone can see what they're paying for, here is a writeup about and photos of Kenneth Copeland's modest abode.

As a comment appropriately asks, why don't these guys want to live the way Jesus did?

Interview With Green Party Candidate Jill Stein - Part One

By Peter J. Reilly
October 1, 2012

(excerpts)

(M)y friend, Jonathan Schwartz, executive director of Interlock Media,
... convinced me that...I should interview Dr. Stein.

Much to my amazement and with much help from the Interlock crew,
I actually did that.

I did ask one tax question that was not addressed by the platform
and I am not going to hold out on my loyal readers, even though
that clip is not yet available.

Although Doctor Stein indicated she does not like to shoot from
the hip, she gave me an answer on Freedom From Religion
Foundation’s suit on the constitutionality of tax free housing
allowances for “ministers of the gospel’.

She indicated that she believed special treatment for amounts
paid to clergy was a violation of separation of church and state
principles.

So if you want the Justice Department to pull the plug on defending
Section 107, as it did with DOMA, you might want to...

I want to let you know about a new petition
I created on We the People, a new feature on
WhiteHouse.gov, and ask for your support.

Will you add your name to mine?

If this petition gets 25,000 signatures by
January 24, 2013, the White House will review
it and respond!

We the People allows anyone to create and sign
petitions asking the Obama Administration to
take action on a range of issues. If a petition
gets enough support, the Obama Administration
will issue an official response.

You can view and sign the petition here:

http://wh.gov/QQOh

Until your petition has 150 signatures,
it will only be available from the
above URL and will not be publicly
viewable on the Open Petitions section
of We the People:

Here's some more information about this petition:

We petition the Obama administration to:

propose that Congress act to repeal Internal
Revenue Code Section 107 that allows
"ministers" income tax free income.

Internal Revenue Code section 107 allows ONLY
"ministers" to receive unlimited amounts of
income tax free income as long as it is spent
on housing. The IRS has extended the benefits
to employees of many private, non-church
organizations such as the basketball coach at
Pepperdine University. Many tax and legal
scholars have written and spoken on the issue
of its obvious UNconstitutionality, but there
has been no political will to repeal the law
or modify it to curb abuses and make it
constitutional. Only in recent years has judicial
effort been made to have the law ruled
UNconstitutional, but that litigation could take
many more years when Congress and the President
could resolve the issue quickly. The President
should take a leadership role in proposing that
the law be repealed.

Sincerely,
Maury Enthusiast!
