Sorry for your loss, Arthur. In the case of both of my parents, it was a relief for them, which is still of little comfort to the rest of us.

My dad's been gone for over ten years. But, I still have conversations with him while in twilight sleep.

I hope your dad continues to talk to and advise you for many years.
