HJR Bonds
HJR Bonds
There is a website called http://www.hjrbonds.com selling a scheme in which a person pays $500 to have a bond created in the amount of $300,000,000. The person then sends the bond to the Treasury Dept. with the expectation that somehow the U.S. government will discharge all of the person's debts. Does anyone have any information about this website?

Re: HJR Bonds
It looks like yet another flavor of the same goofy theory that's landed a few folks in prison.
