I'm not sure if this belongs here, or if this is even a scam at all, but has anyone heard or read about the "Neo-Tech"/Frank Wallace ideas? I've seen them described as cult-like and that Wallace was imprisioned in 1991 (what for?).
Do these guys sell a "self-improvement program?"

I think it kind of faded when Wallace was hit by a car while jogging. It kind of messed up the whole biological immortality thing.
