For the life of me I cannot figure out why the county commisioners would ever reject such an honest proposal. After all the new paperwork would only require the addition of 3 full time gubberment employees. :roll:

One thing I don't think would pass is the photocopying of the ID.

There is explicit instructions that such documentation cannot be photocopied and such requests should be refused.

I'm trying to remember where in the law I've been shown this - nope, no photocopying the ID.
