IS the Reno, Riley, et. al. trial scheduled yet?

Has a trial been scheduled for Reno and company? Now that there is a superseding indictment, I suspect that the Court is going to issue a new scheduling order.

It's unclear. When the AUSA initially moved to continue the trials, it looked like they were getting moved to late January. But the judge never officially ruled on those dates. There was a pretrial conference this week, since the new indictments came down, but no meeting minutes on Pacer.
