I've been listening to Randal for a while I really like what he is doing
and have done a little research in Ohio laws on the subject. I wish I
lived in Texas because in Texas they have mister meaner charges you can
charge clerks with if they refuse to do their jobs. I haven't found the
same kind of penalties here in Ohio.
