Why No Class Action Suits?

Post by AFTP »

I was watching TV and a commercial from a law office wanted to know if you took a certain medicine and you had problems to call to join a class action suit.

I’m surprised no lawyer has contacted those who were legitimately coned by de-tax gurus.
IGP alone would bring many.

Why do you think that is?

My first thought is it’s hard to prove you didn’t know you were doing wrong.
