As far as I know Brent Johnson is the only “old school” TP left.
Many of the main ones are shut down or currently in jail.
Are there any of the old timers still at large and why hasn’t Johnson at least had his website shut down by now?

I've wondered lately why Peymon Mottahedeh and Jose Martinez have been allowed to continue ten years or more unhindered while others with less history have faced the music.

Exactly my opinion. How can a non-citizen like Mottahedeh poke his finger in the eye of both the IRS and FTB for ten years or more, post details on the web, actively obstruct and attempt to impede the enforcement of tax laws, and not be either enjoined or investigated?Truthstalker wrote:Agent provocateur flypaper op.
I'm sure there's an ongoing investigation, but it's amazing how much disinformation is allowed by the government to continue until something is done about stopping it.
