I have only seen the first page of the termination, so maybe someone with full access to PACER or a similar system could post the whole thing.

Case is US v Kukhahn and it was terminated and closed on 8-26-08.

I know the basics of the case but will leave you to do your own research. IIRC, the prosecutor and the DOJ were backed into a corner, put into a bind and defaulted..

Yup, somebody was "backed into a corner, put into a bind and defaulted," but it wasn't the DOJ...
