Dario Busch/FreedomfighterLaw.com

Post by Thule »

Howdy. Longtime reader (to the detriment of my keyboard), first time poster.

Anyone familiar with this fellow:
http://freedomfighterlaw.com/

Seems the UCC/Strawman-stuff is spreading across the Atlantic, ran into a guy who tries to use Buschs' arguments to save his house from foreclosure. Couldn't find a reference to the guy, or his webpage, at Q.

His arguments seems to be the usual UCC-babble, anyone know if Mr. Busch has had any luck in court?

Point of interest, Busch includes a severe warning against using FRN:
Now nobody can do business with your corporation unless you consent to it. That means, in theory, you can avoid taxation, fines and jail. But remember, you need 'money' to live. This is only offered by one corporation, the Federal Reserve, and by using their private, copyrighted notes you agree to a bunch of sh**.
Of course, while everybody else should be careful with FRNs, Busch himself doesen't mind agreeing to a bunch of sh**. His pages are littered with links to PayPal.

You mean other than his personal bankruptcy in 2007 where he claims his income is $500 per month and the only creditor listed is his landlord/ex-wife to whom he owes $11,800 in back support? The bankruptcy case was dismissed when he failed to pay the filing fee.
Demo.

Hmm, Super-Dario is a busy fellow, seems he's behind some construction-related MLM-scam called Custom Super Homes. And something about a marvellous magic magnetic motor and free energy.

Guess he's not a true TP-believer, just another scammer willing to market anything to anybody.

Unpaid construction workers are nortoriously less patient than the IRS. I wonder if they know where he is.
