Since his last visit here, he's returned to LoserHeads with posts like

Now, if you want to argue with IRS or court, ask them to prove you have gross income. Since 3401 does not fit subtitle A, well...I would only assume that the IRS will have a more difficult time presenting a W-2 or arguing you have wages huh?

Keeping in mind that above is intended in very limited terms.

I doubt the government would attempt to argue things in direct conflict with other laws anyway. Who knows really, most are criminals to begin with. I wouldn't doubt the government uses inmates to process returns. They do like a return on their investments.

I thought he was rather confused. If his writing is any indication of his thinking, he has a difficult time putting two words together to make any sense. I thought you started a good conversation with him (one question at a time), but he's apparently thought otherwise.

Wasn't he supposed to post his thoughts once they were gathered on paper?

Maybe he's just teasing us by posting to Lost Horizons but coming back here later. Dunno.
