Has Marvelous Marc ever really come face to face with the authorities over his scam? I know he's been thrown out of several court and hearing rooms, but I don't hearing any of it came to anything other than being forgotten.

I seem to remember him saying that he's beaten a UPL beef previously, but I'm not certain.

Marvelous Marc has said lots of things over the course of, his how many years long now, career. I would suspect that a fact check would show a vanishingly small percentage of which was even remotely true. Several of his many public failures have been chronicled here that show the efficacy of his methods.

Stevens is broadcasting now and read from the AZ bar's letter to him dismissing the UPL charge--they found he was practicing law without a license, but agreed to drop the charge based on his agreement to stop giving legal advice on-air and in personal consultations, pull down old episodes giving legal advice, take down his store, etc.

Pretty good result!
