Saving to Suitors Club, gone???

If you feel the sudden urge to use only red ink, denounce your name in ALL CAP LETTERS, affix your thumb print on legal documents, copyright your moniker, convene your own private grand jury at the local BBQ dive, or go sailing every time you see gold fringe on a courtroom flag, then this forum is for you.

Saving to Suitors Club, gone???

Post by Pottapaug1938 »

If I had nothing better to do, I used to go take a look at David Merrill's Saving to Suitors Club posts. Now, the site seems to be gone, and replaced by lawfulmoneytrust.com, where he teams up with Michael Joseph to offer up the same steaming heaps of ...um, "wisdom" which he once offered here and on StSC.

Well, I am pretty sure David dresses up as the Awful Bunny.

I am wondering if David hoodwinked someone else into paying for the hosting of the site, thus the recent changes.

It's still around. SFBFKADMVP makes the same amount of sense as he always did.

For example, I'm sure you'll be interested to learn that he can cure COVID-19. All it takes is a cell phone, some cheap readily-available electrical components, and, of course, a "geopolitical social engineering platform designed in the Hegelian dialectic".

But he appears to be shocked, shocked I say, that even the members of his own site aren't posting about his discovery:

He seems to have a real fixation on Ripe for some reason. I remember several years ago he was peddling another of Ripe's phantasm pseudo science machines. I 'll bet this one works at least as well…..

I had swung by his Saving to Suitors Club site to see if any new posts had occurred. At the end of the "Exactly what does the IRS agent think?" thread, David posted last month that the above site had morphed into "Redeem USA dot COM". I took a look there and found that David is now openly charging to teach his "redemption" method which includes the claim that it will allow one to avoid income tax. What he is charging? $697. And what do you get?:
David Merrill wrote:This is a course which provides the blueprint I have created as an individual to correctly:

Redeem lawful money to stop incurring income tax
Learn to use the law written to benefit us
Build records and evidence that you are truly a lawful money redeemer
Enable the use of modern banking by correctly opening a new bank account (direct deposit)
Use TurboTax as someone who is a lawful money redeemer
Mail in a 1040
Teach you how to be “Exempt from withholdings”
Teach you how to live without bragging about your charitable gifts to the IRSis
Teach you that it is wrong to use tax credits when you are income tax exempt

At the end of the day, following this blueprint has put a lot of money back into my pocket, I have learned a lot about ethically filing taxes and following the law in a way that will hopefully bless many others.
And he tells you what his course isn't:
This is NOT:

Tax evasion
Breaking laws
Fixing past issues
Loopholes
“Sovereign Citizen”
UCC-1
An escape from Social Security/Medicare self employment tax
A way out of sales tax, property tax or any other kind of tax
A way to scam the government or profit from them
Not “Freedom Lawschool”
Something that your accountant, tax advisor, tax professional, lawyer, bookkeeper, or professor knows about since this is absolutely not taught in school
The last statement is, of course, the most blatant lie that David has constructed and ignores the inevitable question of why any of the above professions wouldn't be selling this knowledge as well? After all, if David's baloney actually works, then there is no reason that the professionals would stand by and let David rake in all of the buck.

But it is pretty apparent David knows all of this and is just going after the marks as best he can. He puts out this disclaimer:
The contents of this website and of any purchases made from this website or related to this website are for entertainment purposes only. I am not a financial advisor and do not give financial or tax advice. Again, this website is about how I became legally and lawfully tax exempt.
And if his method doesn't work - will his marks get a refund?
How about a money back guarantee? Sorry, this is what has worked for me. You’ve got to take some risks to have freedom, just as I have done. Learn the material, learn it well, jump in the forum and ask questions. I make no guarantees, I am not a financial advisor, tax advisor, or accountant.
Sadly, I am sure David has made some sales to the greedy and desperate that are looking for their own piece of the pie-in-the-sky.
