Random Youtube Australian - Goes Full Sov'run Nuts in Court

Not sure who this is exactly but its nuts. Why in the world does the judge allow this guy to act like this?

This is full on sov'run nuttery, and the reason why these idiots keep doing this is because somehow they are not held in contempt for acting like idiots.

I think judges let this behavior go on so that there can be no accusation that the judge didn't let "every dog have his day." There is the idea of a courtroom not becoming a place where only harsh punishment is dealt out and that justice is indeed not merely paid in lip service. And given the number of times that judges have been overuled on their decisions due to a slip-up or technicality, it is likely that judges would rather err on the side of caution.

Of course, they may be too conservative and the danger in this is that one day a judge, totally fed up with all the nonsense they have been swallowing over the years, will let loose and go over the line. Far better to have dealt with the sovruns in moderate doses over the years and establish a routine practice that no one can fault.

At the door the security screener spends a lot of time objecting to his camera, yet totally misses his audio recording device. Smartphone perhaps? That's got to be a problem.
