Re your first sentence: if that's what you think (or, more likely, not think at all), I pity you. We won't ban a racist or antisemitic member if they keep their bigotry off of this site; but we will ban them if they make racist or antisemitic posts. The chances of any lawyer trembling in impotent fury are on a par with kim Jong-Un announcing that North Korea is now a pluralist democracy. By the way, the word is "forward," not "foreword."

Re your second sentence: most of us know that, if we posted our real names here, we would see no end of legal mental-midgets deluging us with letters, phone calls, e-mails, etc. We have better things to do than volunteer to stand in front of a fan after you lob a poo-grenade into it. There is actually a reason they left so rapidly. Years ago I used to monitor his groups to make myself sleepy. Scooter never really achieved much of a following, Pierre Daoust got a few more, mostly because Scooter wasn't interested in anyone who wasn't prepared to fall down at his feet and worship every one of his statements as the dew from heaven. Disagreement - boot, a question about something - mock and then boot. By failing to engage with someone they view it as a victory since it shows the superiority of Scott.
