"King" Kenneth Walter - Another traffic-stop Freeman

Post by Burnaby49 »

I'm not going into any depth on this guy, just another traffic-stop sovereign in Alberta who refused to identify himself;
[1] This review arises from a traffic stop that occurred on April 28, 2012, when the complainant was driving a vehicle on 16th Ave NW in Calgary with his children as passengers. The officers pulled their police vehicle up beside the complainant and stopped him. Cst. Rabichuk interacted with the complainant, requesting his operator’s license, and when the complainant refused, Cst. Rabichuk advised him that if he could not be identified, he could be arrested under the authority of the Traffic Safety Act. Cst. Rabichuk ticketed him for speeding and failing to provide an operator’s license. The complainant was ultimately convicted of these offences.

Same old, same old;
[7] The complainant claims to be two separate entities, namely a “living-man-kind as distinct and separate state of being than as a person”.[6] Essentially, he claims the laws of the land do not apply to him. In particular, he states he “hereby revokes any assumed or presumed usufruct or jurisdiction of or over the living-man-kind “,[7] in other words, himself. He claims on appeal, as he did during the investigation into this matter, that the officers acted without “contract or consent” in ticketing him. The documents go on at length in this manner.[8] The CPC referred to this aspect of the complaint as the “Strawman” argument, which the court referred to in Meads.[9] The complainant took exception to this term in this review. However, by his own words, he was asserting that he was “a distinct and separate state of being other than a person”,[10] the point of which was clearly to claim that the laws of the province do not apply to him.
Alberta seems stuffed to the gills with these guys. He also has a facebook page but not a lot in it;

However he does have some names in the friends list we've discussed in Quatloos;
