Bobby butt hurt still has reading comprehension, on top of his comprehension problems. So, in other words, nothing has changed other than him running out of any other audience to bore with his incorrect information. Whatsamatta Bobby, won't your little friends play with you any more?
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Re: David Myrland arrested
There was an early post in this thread claiming that David Myrland was Sir David Andrew. After comparing their voices and observing that they have different websites, I am going to suggest that they are different people.
And hey, that's not fair Bob. Evan's has his tax protester FAQ, you can't say there's no effort to counter the disinformation. Not to mention a nice chunk of us are not lawyers, we can't give legal advice. And let's not forget, you guys aren't exactly the nicest people to talk to. If you disagree with a Tax Protester or Guru, you get called a shill, they'll post your personal info online, death threats, etc. It ain't really a good area to get involved in.

Re: David Myrland arrested
I got a hot tip / complaint last night about the fact that Quatloos wasn't talking about Myrland even though he's active again.
David's been extremely active online since his release from prison starting a new website:
http://www.wevgov.com/index2.htm
In it he, (from what I can tell), expounds some complex theory about Section 83 of the IRS code to argue that wages are actually property and therefore should be taxed at a lower rate or not at all?
He's also got his little Talkshoe going:
http://www.talkshoe.com/talkshoe/web/ta ... cmd=follow

Two responses:Jeffrey wrote:I got a hot tip / complaint last night about the fact that Quatloos wasn't talking about Myrland even though he's active again.
(1) Your tipster/complainer might consider posting, rather than requesting others to post. No one here is paid to do this. The site relies on people (like Jeffrey) volunteering their time.
(2) Myrland is old news. Yes, it looks as though he is up to his old scams again. But it should only take one fact to dissuade anyone from listening to him: Myrland took 40 months in federal prison for using his own bullshit. Are you tired of having to make all the decisions normal life requires? You like the idea of being told what to do, and when to do it? Well, listen to Myrland.
BTW, Myrland pleaded guilty. When danger reared its ugly head, he bravely turned tail and fled. All that bullshit on his site - why, that's for other people. A classic internet Rambo. Moreover, he appealed, and made three motions to vacate his conviction, in part on the grounds of actual innocence. Perhaps he should read the minutes of his plea:
Bravely taking to his feet, he beat a very brave retreat.THE COURT: Then at this point I will ask the assistant United States Attorney to review the facts that the government believes that it could prove if this case were to proceed to trial.
MR. LOMBARDI: As art of this plea, Mr. Myrland is admitting that on or about August 30 of last year, he sent an e-mail to JM, the mayor of the city of Kirkland, Washington, containing a threatening to kidnap and injure JM; specifically admits that he threatened to cause others to enter her home, to, quote, unquote, "arrest her by law" for offenses that Mr. Myrland felt had been committed against him by police officers working for the city of Kirkland.
Mr. Myrland further admits that he advised the mayor not to resist as the people he was working with would be heavily armed and authorized to use force by law. Mr. Myrland admits that said e-mail was sent using Microsoft Corporation's Hotmail service, and the e-mail was routed through the server in San Antonio, Texas. He further admits that he intended the e-mail to be interpreted as a true threat by the recipient, JM.
Finally, Mr. Myrland admits that he had participated in conversations in meetings with other individuals about carrying out such threat, and that the threat and similar threats were repeated in subsequent written and oral communications with individuals in the city of Kirkland.
THE COURT: Mr. Myrland, are all these facts true?
THE DEFENDANT: Excuse me? Yes, sir.
Anyone who listens to Myrland deserves what s/he gets.

Re: David Myrland arrested
We might be hearing more about Myrland soon. He's now claiming he's been hired to defend a "20 year veteran of the tax protester movement" from tax evasion charges. Trying to figure out who that is.
