Should I evaporate the juices and yeast-infected grains and collect the condensates as a form of payment?

Knowing JJ as I do, the preferred form of payment is Blue boxes.

So instead of Demo telling us there's a delay, she's conned Amazon into doing it.

I hope so. I like real books with real pages, not the electronic versions.

Unacceptable. The book is already partly obsolete. Another year and it will just be history. In fact, it should probably be retitled to something like "Seditionism to 2013". If Demo can find a faster publisher she can write a sequel called "Seditionism Stands its Ground: The Bundy Years".

Seems like it work better as long-form journalism, magazine article series, etc. The subjects of the book are likely to implode before it's published, and that would be true at any time you start writing.

Amazon are still predicting Dec 2017. No offence to illustrious author, but WTF?

Surely in this modern age, a completed text can be printed and distributed in a matter of weeks. It's not like there's only one printing facility and you have to book a slot when you can. We don't ship books by horse-drawn carts anymore, big distributors can shift vast stocks globally within days.

I hope the delay is to permit inclusion of recent events, especially the Talibundy's. Otherwise as someone rightly said above, it will be obsolete before it's on sale. Which would be a tragic end for a very fine project.
