Speaking of Schaeffer Cox: His trial, originally set for February 6, 2012, has been postponed to May 7, 2012.
The case is United States v. Francis Schaeffer Cox, case no. 3:11-cr-00022-RJB, U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska (Anchorage Div.). His co-defendants are Coleman L. Barney and Lonnie G. Vernon.
EDIT: A third superseding indictment was handed down in the Cox case. See docket entry 239 on January 20, 2012. Count 12 of the indictment charges that Cox and the other two defendants did:

This just keeps getting better and better, every time you turn around they keep coming up with more and more stuff the poor innocent little thing had been up to, I guess you really have to watch out for the cute, innocent looking, baby faced ones.
The problem is that what they keep coming up with is plain damn scary.

A Kenai seamstress and supporter of a Fairbanks militia group is out of jail after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor weapons offense.
Under a plea agreement that resolved both state and federal charges, she pleaded guilty last week to attempted third-degree weapons misconduct in state court, an offense classified as one degree less serious than a driving under the influence conviction.
Morgan was sentenced to 110 days in jail, time she has already served.
