For context, Angela Stark is a Sovcit guru-promoter that runs a popular talkshoe program. She was closely tied to Jerry Kane and can be heard in many of the Kane videos in the background.
Well this week, she apparently ran her mouth and stated that Jerry and Joe had planned to kill the cops in advance of the traffic stop. And that Jerry "trained" Joe to kill cops and went to practice at shooting ranges.
Oh and the cherry on top, her feelings on the matter "a soul's gotta do what a soul's gotta do".
I am pretty sure this is the first time she's ever stated that they planned on murdering cops.

This would seem to indicate that she might be an accomplice if she knew that the two were planning on shooting LEOs and did not inform the authorities.

My thoughts as well, along with a number of really uncomplimentary ones.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

AFAIK, In the US, with the exception of mandatory reporters, one is not obligated to report a crime that is going to be committed unless one has done something to assist its execution.
