My understanding was 10 days, five for gov't and five for ATW. His may be significantly shortened since I think he got his witness and expert list severely shortened.

I myself think him having only about 5 minutes worth of non repetitive gibberish might shorten his time needed. Surely the judge is going to shut down him going full on phuckinstupid after a half hour or so. After that, he's done cause it's all he has.

Was just thinking that myself, so much for his 60+ witnesses, I wonder what happened to all those people he said were lining up to help him? Little surprised he hasn't been calling poor Rudy to delusionally crow about how well he's doing (I remember he claimed he "ate up" the prosecution at his last conviction), things must be either going even worse than expected or Rudy has a sad that his promised tax payer funded Hawaiian vacation didn't happen. :snicker: Frankly I hoping poor Rudy would have emptied his meager savings to get there expecting to be paid back but I see even his ignorance and misplaced faith has limits.

I'm slightly disappointed no one told me that Anthony got his "legal" training from the Bears Law kooks over at meth mountain Florida. Goes a long way to explain how a moderately intelligent run of the mill conman gets to full guru.

Poor Rudy has another phone call from the esteemed FPAG if anyone's interested. I would also recommend the VirgoTriad channel's Youtube summary of his adventures if you want a refresher. Unsurprisingly he spends his entire call with Rudy talking about how incredibly well he did, claiming that all the witnesses exonerated him while in the next breath saying they lied about him to make him look bad. He seems fully convinced that winning this trial means he doesn't have to go back to prison in Florida so he's in for an amusingly rude awakening if a miracle happens for him.

Well, and if they want to pile-on, I think:
1. Since the Fed charges are distinct from the Florida charges, any time would be consecutive, not concurrent.
2. Using PAG constitutes yet another violation of the court order, no?

Also, wouldn't he be required to complete sentence in FL, then start time in Fed such as Mikey o' the Pop-A-Squat?

Unless he is not convicted, something I don't see happening, he'll have to finish his FL time and then do the Fed time. If he pisses them off enough he might get consecutive on the HI charges.

Highlight of the call is that he claims he was offered and rejected a plea deal.

Of course he'd reject a plea detail. After all, he is an Attornatus Privatis Generalis, a servant of the Most High Muckymuck, and a Saint Upon The Earth. Such people do not stoop to plea deals, because that would imply that They are not Infallible.

That might actually be true. They'd probably offer something within reason to get him to end this, but it certainly wouldn't have been anything great. They already have mums and whatsername to he will just eventually be a threefer. He's certainly not going to get a dismissal or light sentence despite his assumed wonderfulness.
