Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf
One comment seems a bit sceptical
Keen to end tyranny and spend the secret money, but otherwise rational. Can you be half a fruitcake? It reads as if someone who knows it is doomed posted some sensible doubts and threw in a bit of 'I believe the woo' to escape the censorship. Please help me understand this better, because I don’t have a good feeling right before the trial starts. Heather’s strategy is to write “rejected” on everything and send it back with the statement that they don’t have jurisdiction over her. But they already said that they do, and they’re sure acting like they do.
The fact that she is only using the same argument over and over worries me. She didn’t file anything about how the treasury accounts are real, which would not only get her set free but would prove to the government that they have to let people access them, which would help all of us end tyranny and do better for ourselves and our families. But she’s not filing anything like that, and it’s too late to file evidence of that now.
So I’m not sure that filing the same thing over and over is “blowing their minds.” Am I missing something? I really want this to work out the way it’s supposed to but I don’t have a good feeling.

Again, the URL speaks for itself:

Praecipe declaration of due cause and judgment and order of dismissal. Wow.

Is that Bill T.? If so, he's been playing that tume for awhile. I think he just wants his secret treasury account, which is supposed to be what this was all about. He has a point: if the secret treasury accounts are real, then Randy committed no crime by accessing his, and that would constitute a defense.Siegfried Shrink wrote:Keen to end tyranny and spend the secret money, but otherwise rational. BTW, we're not sure if this is the same William T. Ferguson who's paying for Heather's accommodations in Tennessee.

That document alone ought to be grounds for a psych eval.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Wow for sure; that's one shitload of crazy in that praecipe. Meetings in and near Antarctica with all the usual suspects, a plot to remove President Trump, which she monitored and apparently helped defeat, and a plan by those foreign actors to steal all our money in the TDAs, and . . .blahblahblah, all of which resulting in the arrest of the two heroes, HATJ and RKB. All that breathless hooey in one document, which will be summarily reduced to ass-wipe, yet bought in it's entirety by the hapless, witless, imbecilic followers.
Or is it a play for a diminished capacity defense?

It feels like paranoia, yet isn't rambling enough. What it reads like is conspiracy porn, the intended audience being her hangers-on. Or it could be all the above: a hero-epic, a letter to Paranoia Forum, and a cry for help, if need be.
Why would her elbow-counsel let her file that crap?

So today is the day!
My prediction is Heather will stay and face the music. She has far too much to lose by running; and she will gain martyr status and kudos with her loony followers if she stays. As others have said, Heather is unlikely to get a long custodial sentence like Randy - if she gets one at all; she might not? So she will be out quick enough and back in business with a few pips and campaign ribbons to show for her troubles (battle scars).

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf
I would like to know...
Randy submitted jury questions, and the government filed an objection to them because, well, they're batshit crazy. This is all as it should be and expected.
It looks to me like Heather used her supervised play date with Randy to coordinate their defense to thumb print, reject for cause without dishonor, deny jurisdiction and notice to occupant is notice to spiritual realm co-existant....whatever, the document that is clearly referring to Randy and not her.
Is she attempting here to act as Randy's attorney?
If she is, should someone bring that up in court?
If someone does, is she likely to be sanctioned?
And finally, if she is, can I run up behind her and whap her on the head with a stupid stick? I'd do this for free.

If Heather escapes this don't count on her every popping her head up in public ever again. She'll continue to spout the all knowing woo, and always remain a low level grifter, but she's got BZ and Bill to front for her on that, she's not so stupid as to ever post videos of herself committing felonies on you tube again, at least not from US soil.Athis wrote:So today is the day!

I didn't say anything about committing felonies on Youtube.Gregg wrote:If Heather escapes this don't count on her every popping her head up in public ever again. I just read the first thing, 1.22.18 PRAECIPE, DOD, JUDGMENT AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL...
I'm gonna need counseling now. That really might finally get our hero in some trouble, if it was up to me it would earn her a psych evaluation. Is she maybe going for a delay in the trial? Even for Heather that's some nutty nuttiness.

Maybe she's planning a last ditch defense based on mental incapacity
ps - of course anyone listening to BZ's broadcasts wont be surprised - I'm certainly not
They have completely crazy beliefs about the universe and they believe Heather is actively Do-ing the taking down of the global system and all governments and the liberation of all beings on Earth and simultaneously in the entire universe and all universes. So imo Heather is just doubling down on all that.
When the trial unfolds and she and Randy are found guilty and sentenced many of her followers will be shook
BZ will go into damage control overdrive (I would like to see that woman shut down)
Wll be interesting to see and hear what she will come out with to explain the failure of the Universal Cleansing and reset

Going by what she writes in that document I think he may be right

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf
I think you're right: she will use the narrative of events in the bizarre filing this morning to go out and solicit donations much in the manner of pretend judge Anna Von Reitz in Alaska. "See, it must be true, because it was filed in federal court."Gregg wrote:If Heather escapes this don't count on her every popping her head up in public ever again. She'll continue to spout the all knowing woo, and always remain a low level grifter, but she's got BZ and Bill to front for her on that, she's not so stupid as to ever post videos of herself committing felonies on you tube again, at least not from US soil.
Pretend judge Anna is the self-proclaimed judge of several imaginary courts (a "Postal District Court" and the "Alaska Superior Court") and is the founder of a pretend law firm and a pretend bank. The law firm doesn't actually advise individuals; they search out the magic words to "foreclose" on banks. The bank doesn't actually allow you to deposit money or take out a loan; I'm not sure what it actually does.
Pretend judge Anna's imaginary organizations allow her to escape accountability for the failure of her schemes to do anything for individuals -- she doesn't seem to cross the line into a criminal act the way Heather did. That's got to be appealing for someone about to be convicted and sent away for a crime that she provided unimpeachable evidence for.
So my prediction is that Heather tries to amp up the "I'm an insider in the global financial system who's incorruptible after all their attempts to buy me off; I went to jail as a martyr for you" rhetoric. Kind of like the even nuttier Karen Hudes, who claimed to be a former general counsel of the World Bank, and who is now memorialized on the World Bank web site, which is a fairly unusual step.

Perhaps because he knows the deadline for filing motions has already passed and it will be rejected on that basis alone, without the court having to get into the actual argument and rule on the merits. Easily dismissed nonsense is not a problem for the court; I would expect the judge to issue a verbal order to strike or a ruling to deny the "motion."Resume wrote:It feels like paranoia, yet isn't rambling enough. Why would her elbow-counsel let her file that crap?
It may also be because he's got to let her direct her own defense and can't stop her from doing anything short of breaking a specific rule of the court. IANAL, so I'm obviously just speculating on this part.

I just noticed that Screwy Louie Ewing has completely spammed over Randy Beane's Facebook page. He started just after Randy's case started getting some exposure so I'm going out on a limb and guessing that Louie never heard of him, but once he thought the page was getting some of the woo market traffic and Randy was hardly going to be able to object, he's post 2 or 3 longer than they need to be articles pumping none other than Screwy Louie his own self.
