Somehow, I just don't think this trial is going to go the way HAT or Randy think it is. Then again, they may already be lost in the woods, they are certainly, at least by appearance, fighting the wong battle already.

According to BZ's update, not only did they pick the jury but they also had two witnesses testify, might be a quick trial hopefully.

From my experience, that's pretty speedy. I wonder if Heather and Randy failed to contest jury selection, effectively letting the prosecution select the jury. Randy's voir dire questions were idiotic, and Heather's attention has been elsewhere.

Dontchaknow, there is no need to voir dire the potential jurors if, in the end, the BEING and DOING are just going to not declare not guilty but declare you INNOCENT and PERFECT and PERFECTLY DONE. I am confident that HATJ believes that the universe supports her and as for Randy, whatever HATJ says goes.

But that explains a lot about Heather's approach. It explains why she doesn't seem to take this case seriously.

This is the saddest-but-funniest part of the whole thing. Heather actually thinks Donald Trump is her buddy, ready to do her bidding. She got arrested after showing up at the White House asking to drop in on Trump for a chat where she planned to explain the whole secret treasury cash thing to him and thus unlocking the accounts. Despite being treated as an obvious nutter by the Secret Service manning the guard booth, she actually thought they were going to waltz in there and hang out with The Donald.

Is she crazy? Maybe she has some diagnosable mental illness. But we forget that if the brain doesn't have valid data about the outside world, it can't help but come to some bizarre conclusions. Garbage in, garbage out, as they say. She's been so trapped in the closed bubble of conspiracy theories, new age woo, right wing talk radio and who knows what else that she's not arguing from the same base of facts as anyone else.

Although it would never happen, it would be interesting for someone to interview her and try to find out exactly why she thinks that Trump will pardon these two morons.

There is a curious contradiction in Heather's obsession with filings. If the US legal system is invalid and defunct then filings registered into it are likewise invalid and without effect. This contradiction underlies and vitiates much of the sovereign citizen ideology - ie using the legal system to invalidate the legal system.

I think Heather suffers from an ideological mental disorder - a disorder of belief; and she may be schizophrenic to boot. Doazic on Youtube compared her to John Nash of A Beautiful Mind; and I think he may be right. In her recent fantastical filing you can see how Heather construes events in the real world as part of her imaginary universal cleansing and unification - eg President Trump's EO 13818 and his supposed intention to release her and Randy.
Heather also believes that Presidents Putin of Russia and Xia of China and other world leaders are looking on aghast as she brings their governments and evil schemes to an end. According to BZ the courtroom is full of beings from other dimensions who have come to witness the great event; and the action is being relayed to rooms and places and beings across the universe and multiverse. If if you listen to their broadcasts all of this is explicitly stated. I'm not making it up or elaborating. These people are radically disconnected from normal reality.

The person I feel most sorry for in all this is Randy. The outcome of this trial is likely to be crushing for him. When all Heather's filings and phantasies melt away and he is left banged-up as a felon for years. No longer a heroic liberator of humanity and the universe.

No doubt Heather tas latched onto that phrase, and thinks it's aimed at the imaginary villains of her imaginary narrative. Never mind that those affected are identified by name, or must be "determined by the Secretary of the Treasury." She's deluded.

Tucci-Jarraf asked [FBI S/A Parker] Still during cross-examination if his agency had or would investigate the Federal Reserve Bank – another government institution Sovereign Citizens insist is illegitimate – for “using unsuspecting American citizens” in a financial scheme she did not explain.

My guess is that his answer was "No".

Beane used his questioning of Still to complain about his arrest.

He wouldn't be a sov if he didn't complain.

It’s not clear yet what specific defense to the charges Beane and Tucci-Jarraf intend to mount.
