The shooter is a black dude, ex-Nation of Islam guy. He didn't like cops, whites or "crackers."

Even "Law enforcement officials have reportedly said that Long was a member of a sovereign citizen movement" means absolutely nothing, absent proof.

I think he was a black racist and probably mentally ill, but that matters not, this thread has nothing to do with TPs and should be removed.
