Sounds to me like he ought to be on his way to a mandatory mental health hold and psych eval. I think he has more than a few problems on top of his putative druggy issues.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.
