It appears that if you scratch a LoserHear, you find a sovereignoramus.
1John5vs7 (aka David Stratton) is in the midst of a run-in with the Transportation Security Administration. It seems that Mr. Stratton insisted on his right to have the TSA staff at Orlando airport produce documentary evidence of their authority to demand that he produce some sort of identification.
Stratton missed his flight and had to rent a car to drive home, so he wants compensation from TSA for his expenses.
He is also complaining that TSA has opened an investigation into his actions.
He is shocked, shocked at his treatment.

Rental car places require ID too. I wonder if he asked them "on what authority...." ?

How soon they forget - Gilmore v. Ashcroft et al was tossed by the Northern District of California back in 2004. Then his Petition for Cert (in Gilmore v. Gonzales) was denied in which he asked the Court to decide whether the government can keep the regulations secret. Basically, if you want to fly, they can do whatever they want.

Read his other posts, this guy is also spending a lot of time trying to get back $48 city withholding and has spent more than that in certified mail to get it, getting ready to fight his 6702 penalities and (scary thought) preparing to enter medical school.

I've noticed that LH is getting more and more like Sooey all the time. For instance, here are a few:
Accept for Value?
IRS is a private debt collection corp.
The Simple Solution to Usury, Comprehending the Power of You
Tax Court is a Court Of Record (common law)
laws available to one state , good in another?
On a long enough time line, I think Sooey and LH will be indistinguishable.
What about PH statements like:

I will say as plainly as possible what I have by necessity said many times before, but usually with more circumspection (and can't seem to say often enough): Any and all notions concerning the nature of the "income" tax-- how it is applied, why it can be thus applied, how it interfaces with the legal system and so forth-- which are not taught in CtC or on losthorizons.com (exclusive of forum posts, of course) are just inherently wrong or are entirely irrelevant to the tax. They are raised or promoted either in ignorance or for ill purposes.
Maybe he's too busy mounting his Legal Offense to his indictment.I rely on everyone posting here to help keep this forum in focus, and productive. Posts amounting to offenses of the sort described above, persistent straying from the three primary purposes of the forum, or evidence of a failure to keep current with the Lost Horizons newsletters may result in removal from the forum without prior notice.

Wow! ~ I'm actually agreeing with you on this one, due to commerce clause in the US Constitution.Judge Roy Bean wrote:How soon they forget - Gilmore v.
