I came across this article this morning regarding an armed stand-off in west Texas. From some of the quotes in the article, he sounds familiar in the generic sense.

Don't let the use of the term "neighbors" or the phrase "across the street" or especially "University Boulevard" confuse you. It's West Odessa; the nearest thing to anything else that far out of town is a pumpjack or well cap and the road is just a two-lane blacktop with a bunch of dirt roads running off to well sites.
