David Merrill points out that you can bypass all that nonsense of getting a four-year degree, a juris doctorate, and passing the bar exam. How? Simply wander into a courtroom, yell "I object" and presto! You are a member of the bar!

This looks as if it could be one of those cases in which the subject really was a victim of injustice but then they sabotaged themselves by burying the facts in soverunspeak.

Notice, too, that David is still flogging his idiocy aboout the county courts being abolished in Colorado in 1933 (for those who have yet to see it -- he has a copy of a letter from some officer of some bar association discussing the desirability of abolishing those courts). With David's customary lack of comprehension, he interprets this proposal as evidence that the courts were actually abolished and that some completely unfounded and incomprehensible consequences resulted from that abolition.
