A police officer responding to a domestic violence call shot and killed a well-known Page businessman during a fight Sunday night.
The shooting is believed to be the first officer-involved shooting in Page's 54-year history.
According to information from the Coconino County Sheriff's Office, William Foust, 50, of Page, was pronounced dead at the Page hospital a short time after the shooting.
At about 6 p.m., Page police received a 911 call of a domestic violence incident happening at the business.
Before Wilson arrived, the suspect, Foust, had fled the area. While the officer was talking with the female victim, Foust returned and engaged in a heated argument with the woman.
According to the sheriff's office, Foust was "upset, loud and confrontational with the officer."
Wilson and Foust went outside the business and were soon involved in a physical altercation. Foust, according to the sheriff's office, attempted to gain control of the officer's Taser.
"The officer discharged his service weapon, striking Foust," stated a press release issued by the sheriff's office.
William Foust, owner of B & T Marine, had been battling a traffic ticket he received on July 1 for speeding in Kane County by inundating the court with a plethora of filings, including an affidavit of political status, Uniform Commercial Code financing statement, a property list, power of attorney, commercial security agreement, indemnity bond, hold harmless and indemnity agreement, non-negotiable security agreement, legal notice and demand definitions, and a motion to dismiss.
...
Judge Kirk Heaton cited Foust for contempt for trying to force the courtroom bailiff to serve him with an “injunction” from the sovereign citizen’s grand jury during his traffic court sentencing Nov. 19.
An "injunction" since abated by death.

It's like some clown who spent four years as a buck private in a Messkit Repair Batallion being named Field Marshal of the State Militia for the Republic of Yourstatehere. The RAP probably takes what it can get.

Given the power of acronyms, I would call it the Constitutionaloid Restore America Plan.

He was probably the first(only) one there at the organizational meeting, and maybe the only one who could actually read, although I wouldn't bet on that one.

I suspect it is only a matter of a day or two before we hear the bleating that this sovrun was "murdered" by the jackbooted thugs. They already raised Jerry Kane to the level of martyr so why not Foust.

A day or two? You're too optimistic, murder was called the day after the shooting, even before the details were known.

And you don't need tinyurl in Quatloos if you use the url tag feature.
For example, the link I posted above includes a long url, but it's hidden in the url tag, which takes the form "{url=http://www.somedomain.com/etc/longurlhere.html}visible text{/url}", using "[]" brackets instead of the "{}" brackets.

Hmm, when in court he had refused to confirm his "date of berth". So apparently now you enter this world as a passenger on a ship, which puts you under admiralty jurisdiction. So tricksy, these illuminati!
