I think paragraph nine points to yet another sovereign citizen threat:

Well, that's his problem, as soon as he told the Secret Service he violated his Non Disclosure Agreement and his trust was liquidated. And shooting the President is NO LONGER AN ILLUMINATI APPROVED method to get trust fund payroll advances. Maybe we should get Webhick to prepare a new lesson plan for the Lee Harvey option and why it no longer applies....
