For the record Tim is suing the President, the Attorney General, the governors of the 50 states, the county commissioners and sheriffs of (presumably) all of the 3131 counties in the US along with the Dothan Eagle newspaper and of all people, Bob Paudert. The cause of action is NONFEASANCE, MALFEASANCE, MISFEASANCE. AND LIBEL. A few random snippets:

3. John the Baptist, who went about teaching about the righteousness and the
Kingdom of God to his numerous followers, was beheaded by King Herod.
See Mark 6:14-29, King James Version, Holy Bible. Herod was afraid that
John the Baptist would start a rebellion because of his vastly growing band
of followers. Jesus of Nazareth met the same fate at Golgotha.

4. Plaintiff Turner, obviously, fears for his life for teaching the teachings of
Jesus the Risen Christ through the Holy Bible, which has been declared by
federal law as the Word of God. See Public Law 97-280 of October, 1982.

I could have sworn that Tim told people about the Seal Team that was following him around protecting him from all the assassination attempts directed at him.

FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION and Fact Two : The family of William Foust
(Foust) has suffered irreplaceable and irreparable damage due to the loss of
the patriarch of the family. Foust, unarmed at that material time, was gunned
down by law enforcement officers of Pace, Arizona. Foust became learned
in the law regarding mortgage fraud and replevin bonds. Foust, admittedly
and obviously, became a threat because of his intellectual prowess in the law
when he won several foreclosure cases for victims of predatory lending and
equity stripping by mortgage banks. Foust was executed by agents of the
Defendants, This will be proven during trial. Law enforcement agents and
agencies, in order to justify their unbridled power and force, conveniently
conform to the nebulous standard of "resisting arrest." The Escobedo Rule is
violated every time an arrest is made even without probable cause.

I could have sworn that Billy Foust was shot and killed by the police officer who was called to break up the drunken argument Foust was having with his wife and Mr. Foust tried to wrestle a tazer out of the officers hand.

Fact Six : Bob Paudert, chief of police, West Memphis, Arkansas, lost his
son in a gun battle involving one Jerry Kane and his son. The Kane's were
ostensibly members of a "patriot movement". The Kane's were instead
portrayed as members of the "'Sovereign People of the Republic for the
United States of America" led bv Plaintiff Turner, who has never known the
Kane's or been associated with them, Paudert is leading an organized
nationwide false campaign in conjunction with some law enforcement
against the Sovereign People that teach the Bible and the Constitution.
Plaintiff Turner has a First Amendment right to free speech and, admittedly,
not to free conduct. Turner's right to teach scriptural values and the
Constitution for the United States of America are sacrosanct and inviolable.

I don't believe there was any connection between Jerry Kane and the Restore America Plan which is what Turner's group called themselves at the time of Mr. Kane's death. But Turner's current group is the Republic for the united States, not the Republic for the United States so the esteemed Mr. Paudert is perhaps making allegations about a group other than Turner's.

I. AFFIDAVIT OF PLAINTIFF JAMES TIMOTHY TURNER

I aver, assert and affirm that my lawful name is James Timothy Turner. I
verily state that I. am currently enrolled as a law student with the Indigenous
Peoples Law Project Law College helmed by Judge Navin C Naidu of the
"Nato Indian Nation, Utah, and the Lipan Apache Band of Texas.
Judge Naidu is a Member in Good Standing with the American Judges
Association, Membership # 160325.

Navin C Naidu? Wasn't he kicked out of the little shell pembinas for ethical violations? Now in an organization of crooks and con artists the ethical violations were likely failing to split his loot with the others but still. The amusing thing is Tim Turner must be buying into what Naidu is selling for Tim to think that mention of Naidu's name would benefit his argument. And if the court wants to check Navin's credentials they can't help but to be unimpressed:

Terrorist George Speight's `lawyer', Navin Naidu was taken in by Fiji police for questioning last night.

Police Department has confirmed that Naidu has been taken in for questioning to determine if he committed a crime by falsely stating that he was a law graduate from the London University in his application for temporary admission to the bar in Fiji.

Naidu was held in police cell last night and questioning began this morning.

Naidu was planning to leave the country early this morning.

Meanwhile, after public outcry, Naidu confessed that he does not have any licence to practice law at the state level in the US.

Back to Tim's lawsuit:

I crave the Court's indulgence in granting me the privilege of holding me to
less stringent standards and to construe my pleadings liberally as in Estelle v.
Gamble, 429 U.S. 97, 102 (1976) when Justice Thurgood Marshall cited
Haines v. Kerner, 404 U.S. 519 (1972), concerning a pro se complaint,
"however inartful ly pleaded," must be held to "less stringent standards than
19 formal pleadings drafted by lawyers" and can only be dismissed for
failure to state a claim if it appears "beyond doubt that the plaintiff can
prove no set of facts in support of his claim which would entitle him to
relief," quoting Conley v. Gibson, 355 U.S. 41, 45-46.

On a lighter note Robert "RJ" Hender is a would be radio show host, I say "would be" because no real radio station will hire him. But he floats from one online streaming station to the next trying to attract an audience in part as being the most recognized and trusted media voice of Tim's republic which quite honestly is harder to do than you might think. Tim ain't drawing the numbers he used to. Anyway the following is a quote from RJ's Morning Liberty website:

Oh, the inability to write and express oneself clearly. I hope the religious souvenir industry realises that they've been making a mistake with the crosses for a very long time.

Paudert senior has always stated that he knew nothing of "sovereign citizens" until after the shootings in Arkansas. Not even Goebbels would try re-writing history as inaccurately as that.

The last I heard, weren't Timmy's own supporters after him for what could charitably be called "irregularities" in his office of president and the outright scamming of aforesaid supports by Timmy for one thing and another? I thought that little fantasy land had all pretty well collapsed under its own farcical weight except for maybe in the mind of president for life Timmy.

Even disregarding the endless lies he's told and the sheer absurdities of his premise, Tim Turner has been a pretty lousy president to his republic. For a man who made his money teaching seminars on "individual sovereignty" he's got a very heavy handed top down management style that has alienated many of his followers. When a group of "we the sovereign people" elect themselves to imaginary state offices it is for those same people, not the imaginary federal government to remove those officials from imaginary office. Tim and his "national team" have been strong arming state level imaginary office holders to either fall in line or risk being cast down to the de facto. Last December Tim expelled the entire slate of elected officials of the republic State of Texas beginning a little after the 17 minute mark on the audio link on this page.

First of all, how can you claim to be a national sovereign citizens group when you don't a group in Texas? An interesting point, on the call I linked to above Tim indicated that in order to commence with the next phase of his plan he needs a "quorum of states" meaning he needs established, seated governments in at least 34 states but he doesn't have them yet. There's no way to know for sure but my bet is that if the number of states "seated" in Tim's republic has changed since he admitted he lacks a quorum, it's gone down not up. Bullshit and bullying can only take you so far, even in imaginary republics.
