A husband and wife associated with the so-called sovereign citizens movement were arrested Thursday for allegedly trying to sell stolen vacant Atlanta homes.
Edgar Lee Rodgers and Diane Rowe are accused of filing false adverse possession documents – essentially claiming squatters’ rights – to homes that were vacant, likely due to foreclosure, and in between bank ownership.

Re: Atlanta sovereigns arrested in house thefts
And here we have yet another example of sovrun idiots who barely read past the first sentence in their old legal dictionary, in the entry for "adverse possession", before they decided that they were the second coming of Blackstone and were Experts In The Law. They forgot all about the requirement that the adverse possession run for at least twenty years (or whatever the rule is in Georgia), I'll bet.
