I used to get all sorts of incoherent e-mails from this joker, insisting that EnenKio (Wake, Peale and Wilkes Islands) was a real country, and that he was the Kingdom's "Minister Plenipotentiary".

The domain for his operation, "enenkio.org", now routes to a Japanese singles website, and I've seen neither hide nor hair of Moore. Any information? Has he given up his campaign, been sent to the slammer, or simply fallen victim of the Law of Entropy?
