Judges' Guide to Common Law Courts

This web site - http://beforeitsnews.com/alternative/20 ... 48154.html -- and others have recently published the The Anti-Government Movement Guidebook, apparently a product of The National Center for State Courts, dated 1999.

I had not seen the Guidebook before. It seems well done, is apparently genuine, and only about 14 years old.
