Thanks, but I meant in a form that could be linked to Stevens - in particular, the template file that he sells. It would be ... interesting to show that it was his template that was used to deceive the court.

I would imagine if you want the template file that he sells and that could be directly linked to him, you would need to buy it. I don't know how else you could get what you want. This order, it appears, is included with his motion to dismiss template. I only have a copy from the interweb that someone posted.
