This case is calendared for trial at the
March 5, 2012, Jacksonville, Florida Trial
Session of the Court.
For cause, it ls
ORDERED that the parties, on or before December 7, 2011,
advise the Court by a joint status report as to what
meetings are scheduled between the parties towards reaching
a complete stipulation of facts, narrowing of issues,
preparation for trial, and progress made towards settlement.
The schedule should set forth dates for discussing specific
issues and for exchanging witness lists, documents, and expert witness reports.
The parties should also advise the Court as to whether an
informal telephone conference with the Court would be helpful
to the parties.

Except, you'll notice, in the merchandise section.I assume that Kent has been told to lie very low pending the trial but it is strange how he has been airbrushed out of history at CSE.
