Another Corporation Sole user with Enrolled Agent twist

Richard H. Franke was even president of a local chapter of Enrolled Agents. Some of his tax preparation clients were penalized by having their 'charitable contributions' to his 'charities' disallowed. This got him audited and lead to this.

Bonus: not pro se and mention of Saladino.

From the opinion:
Tax Court wrote:Petitioner received, but did not report, gross income of $58,578, $79,912, and $65,886 during 2003, 2004, and 2005, respectively. He received the income through a partnership he had formed under the name of Life Structuring Network. Life Structuring Network provided services including tax preparation, bookkeeping, notary, insurance, and sales of nutritional supplements.
There may be a pattern here that I've been overlooking, because a search of Quatloos turns up 10 threads that refer to nutritional supplements.

And let's not forget Sherry Jackson's pitching herbal supplements, or Ward Dean's promotion of vitamins and nutrients to prevent aging, because they're not even included in those threads.

It really is a "magic elixir that they don't want you to know about" mindset, isn't it?
