That is about as close to terminal stupid as I've ever seen. I'm sure Skankbeat has plenty of friends who talk about invoking common law and doing stuff like that, but it's very rare indeed to find someone dumb enough to try it and smart enough to do the mechanical tasks involved in following through. When you're that dumb one can hardly expect you to be able to write in complete sentences or tie your shoes.
